Huge venue, ancient place that's been around forever. But its quite apparent an institution for the 50+ crowd that struggles alcohol addiction. Staff is always nice.

First visit, but a really down to earh place, with a pubhost that knew and enjoyed his work! But quiet Sunday evening, probably more lively the day before...

Very spacious pub with a good range of beers. Worth a visit!

Their fish & chips is surprisingly good, better than what we had at another restaurant nearby for a lot more money. The prices of beer and wine are acceptable.

The audience is usually a little older. There are live music performances at the weekend. The atmosphere is exuberant and there is a lot of dancing. Smoking is permitted in the inner courtyard There is also something to eat in the pub.
