Starbucks

I always feel the teensiest bit guilty when I order an iced London fog latte. I know it takes a while to steep the tea, then cool it down to make it iced. For that reason, I did a mobile order. Even though the folks inside today (around noon on June 26th) were busy, they were extremely friendly, and they got my order out quickly. I'm very pleased with this Starbucks!

The store was not straight and the restrooms were filthy. When I mentioned this to the staff she said ok and rolled her eyes / but nothing was done

Lets just say, this is the ONLY drink I get from Starbucks & they are the ONLY ones who got it tasting just how its supposed to taste! Like diabetes 😆 4 pumps dark caramel 4 pumps reg caramel Crunch in the bottom of cup and on top, no whip. I was SO disappointed to find out that Starbucks in MO does NOT use the original expresso makers anymore!! for the life of me I couldn't understand why the coffee tasted like a blond blend rather then a strong dark roast! Even with 2 shots of expresso in my frappe it still tasted more like milk. I found it funny when the employee told me that the upgraded expresso maker is better. In reply, I told her when you have ordered the SAME drink for 9 years you can tell that its not the same by the way it looks (first of all) and second, you know for a fact that the original expresso maker made the expresso shots stronger then the upgraded version. Not to mention the upgraded version is a K-Cup maker. No more Starbucks for me, I rather drive the 3 hours out to buy bigger and stronger coffee from Dutch Bros!

This is the slowest Starbucks ive ever been to. It takes an ungodly amount of time for them to complete the order every time. Even when I order before I leave the house it takes me 10mins to drive there and I still have to wait inside for another 10mins. Another time I went there as a last minute decision and I ordered on the way there and I pulled up 4mins later to the drive through and they told me don’t ever order on the app that close to arriving again that I need to wait at least 10mins before coming to pick my order up in the drive thru. That is so unprofessional and ridiculous because if I didn’t even order on the app and I ordered it at the drive through window you’d still have to make it on the spot when I get there so what’s the difference.

I must be invisible. Walked in and was not greeted by ANYONE order was bagged behind the counter worker just kept doing everything else but putting the order up. Somehow every one that came in after me was greeted. Terrible service

I went into this location since the line was long and I had a few complex orders. As always, my service was prompt and pleasurable. I frequently come here and will continue to do so. Inside was very clean, restrooms were being tended to. The music was awesome. I love the vibe.
