With like 10 employees I’m still trying to wrap my mind around how they got behind because there aren’t many people here and they were all jumping around dancing making all kinds of jokes Took about 30 minutes with about two other people in the lobby for some kale and portabella mushroom egg bites
Everyone was so nice and patient with us while our family decided what we wanted. It was quiet, clean and the food/drinks were delicious
They have the best customer service. I stop here a lot on my way to work in the mornings and no matter how early they are all so friendly. I have never had a bad experience. Loved my macadamia nut and white chocolate mocha recommendation. It was delicious! Taste just like the cookie. <3
OMG I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!! I came here one time before and Dylan was extremely sweet and helpful while being extremely busy. Today we drove to 2 SB locations that were sold out of the Carmel ribbon crunch supplies, so we called this location and Victoria was SOOOOOOOOOO helpful!! She MADE SURE our needs were met through the phone, so when we arrived we were in and out!! The drink looked so good I ordered a second one just because of how amazing Victoria was when handling us!! Thank you so much!!
Holy diesel smoke! For more than 20 years, I've avoided getting hooked on anything from Starbucks.... Every store I've been has always treated me great. I give reviews good and bad, so you'll know. As a trucker, I'll become Hotter than fish grease for the slightest misstep from "professionals." I go many places with my guitar, and no store so far has turned me away - of course, I'm respectful to others and not playing it inside... So, I want to say again, "Thanks to the gentleman that brought me this drink," and getting me addicted. 😉🤣 the first sip, I already knew - 😶.... are there rehabs for Starbucks addicts? I've included no review of food at this location (haven'ttriedany), I've had some at other locations; the selection and price were my only issues.
I went in to order my usual venti mocha 4 extra pumps of mocha, I waited longer than usually but was ok, I looked around and purchased merchandise (54$). The other employees/managers in the Starbucks asked a few times was I ok, as I waited for my coffee. This coffee run took about 20 minutes, I arrived to work late. I opened the top of my coffee to stir the chocolate in bottom, there was a film on top, and the lid. I touched the lid and stirred the coffee to figure out it was grease. I called the location several times NO ANSWER. I drove back!!!!!! I informed AJ the manager the coffee has grease in it, his response was, you had 9 pumps of mocha. I proceeded to inform the barista at Starbucks/ Manager this drink is my favorite beverage and not ever has this happened. The lady next to him said ooooo maybe it’s the half pump it’s possibly running out!!! I’m wondering why are customers getting this type of service, AJ takes my drink opens the top smells it touches the top and says Huummm it is greasy. Make another drink… I said no thank you!!! I don’t feel comfortable at this time. He gives me a card and says use this your next visit, I asked will this cover my full drink, he says YES!!! I saw the 4.00 load on the card!!! He give me a 4.00 off card, the card says next one on us, but as I read the card I’m more pissed my drink was more than 4 bucks. AJ’S customer service is very poor, he over talked me and did not acknowledge the error. I had just spent 60 plus dollars in location, wasted time and gas. I will never visit this location again. He has no respect for women/ Black women. I will definitely spread the word to family and friends about this location.
Layla and Ciara remade my drink for me and it was amazing like always and their customer service was on point will ALWAYS be coming back.
I so much love it they always get your order right they always speak when you walk in the door and I've never had any problems with my coffee. I wish that they would incorporate the type of customer service here at this store at all of their stores I would drive past one particular Starbucks just to get to this one even though it is out of my way I will drive there because I know it will be made right and it will be ready waiting on me when I order online. That's the best thing about it please ladies and gentlemen keep up the great work that you do I applaud you for the things that you do and the things that you put up with you have my upmost respect when it comes to dealing with difficult customers and you all handle it so well that is much appreciated you guys deserve a raise.
