Not kid friendly!! 7:50pm 7/30, my son walks in to make an order. He asked specifically for light ice in his drink and attempted to order a 2nd drink. The employee being mad my son even came in as a customer, refused to make my Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew. They stated, and I quote, "We close in 8 minutes, I'm not making that." Then proceeded to fill his little cup with nothing but ice and barely something to drink. They made sure they charged me an outrageous amount for the drink that quite literally my son walked out of the store, turned the corner, got inside the car and within those few sips was done. How is that worth $7.00 This is rude and down right lazy! The employee felt they could talk and act whatever way they wanted because a kid came in. If you don't like your job, get another and STOP BEING LAZY!

The barista refused to get a birthday cake cake pop for my teething toddler even after I paid for it. I’ve utterly loved Starbucks customer service & she refused even when other customers in line asked her to get it for my 1 year old. She eventually got it but this is the opposite of why I love Starbucks. Sad.

I loved how quaint this place was, I gave it 3 stars because of how disgusting the bathroom was. Even though you had to have a staff person key you in, the bathroom wasn't clean, and there were clearly a few accidents that occurred on the floor behind the toilet.

Good afternoon coffee break at Starbucks after visiting the World Chess Hall of Fame next door.

I came in for coffee on New Year’s day while visiting family. The barista surprised my kids with complimentary mini drinks. Everyone working that morning was so genuine and kind. It made the experience a treat!

The store was clean but a little cluttered. The front had two doors but one of them was an exit and nit marked. The drinks we had were tasty. My granddaughter took hers back because it was really sloppy and not neat. They did remake it.

It's an average Starbucks, but the space is ample. The setbacks are not clean and too loud.
