Shout out to Dylan! Such a nice gentleman and really made my day with his kindness.

Don’t get me wrong everyone is nice and the employees aren’t bad however I did come in today and my smoothies had no flavor they added too much ice/water. Just a little upset because I paid 20 for watered down smoothies and I tipped.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Tropical Smoothie. I went to pick up three smoothies: Bahama Mama, Paradise Point, and Island Green. When I arrived, the employee behind the counter, Kevin G., asked if I could taste the Bahama Mama to confirm it was correct. This was very inconvenient as the smoothie wasn't for me. Such a request is unprofessional and highlights a lack of quality control. To make matters worse, all three smoothies tasted like water and had very little flavor. They were completely unenjoyable. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I cannot recommend this location. One star.

Smoothies are good, but they always take a long time to make.

May 6,2024 Ended up walking out. Stood there for 15 minutes, didn't get acknowledged. Enough to observe that the employees were moving slowly and lack of careness. Looking at the other reviews, people seem to experience similar experiences. Tropical Smoothie!! Pay attention to how this affects your business - first impressions are everything.

The smoothie was great the cashier could have been a bit more friendly she looked like she didn't want to be there and when I asked her info about big groups coming in she couldn't answer and told me to see a manager because it was a Sunday. I have no problem with that however a little more of a personality with a smile would have been nice 😊

Came back to tropical smoothie today after a rough experience Much better experience. Staff was quick and responsive. The manager was well composed. Cashier informed me about half off smoothies before 10 am! Manager showed concern with her staff asking where they feel more comfortable doing food or smoothies. Loved that! Manager ensured a great experience overall!

Tropical Smoothie of East Northport is the worst. Sandwiches are slapped together and usually smothered in whatever sauce it comes with. Delivered orders are always missing items. Although they are a franchise, the manager says they cannot ever refund for missing items and to contact corporate. The final straw is when I ordered smoothies and the manager called to say they ran out of ice. He then refused to cancel the order or issue a refund even though they could not make smoothies at a smoothie place! Too bad. Everyone loves smoothies but this place has no actual management. Just a bunch of kids who could give 2 sh#ts about your food.
