I just wanted to come on here and talk about the amazing experience I had with manager Lauren. She went above and beyond to help me and my children get the smoothie that was just right. Tropical smoothie needs more personable and sweet girls like Lauren in their stores. 10/10

I asked for no ice and the girl(working on Saturday morning) who works there gave me an attitude and rudely placed my drink on the counter. How is ‘no ice’ a problem?

This is the best Tropical Smoothie I’ve ever been to. This nice girl Cindy was so nice and helpful. So nice and clean. Thanks will come again!

I had a great time here with my wife. The cafe was clean, the staff were so nice, specifically Maddie and Cindy. I had to get their names before I left. I had a hard time choosing a smoothie and they helped me so much. They also made the smoothie and food super fast. Thank you so much to those girls

Worst Tropical Smoothie experience I’ve ever had! The smoothie was terrible. The wrap wasn’t cut in half, was missing vegetables and was the smallest wrap I’ve had at TSC. On top of that, they didn’t even put a straw in the bag or napkins. Do yourself a favor and go to Hicksville..you won’t regret it!

So I usually like tropical smoothie but this here is too much imagine you’re $10 smoothie is full of pieces of fruits and ice can’t even enjoy it through the straw btw this pic is only a bit of what was in my smoothie imagine each time you placed your order this is what you get I called them and told them it was not fair to customers that’s paying $10 for a smoothie and for this to always happen guess what they did nothing so here we are that was my last 10 with tropical goodbye

Love love love this place. The smoothies are flavorful and always hit the spot. I have also been trying their food lately and it's healthy as well as tasty. They also have a snicker doodle cookie that's yummy. See you every weekend going forward.

I ordered the Santa Fe quesadilla and received chicken with cheese, onion and tomato in my quesadilla. I ordered a peanut butter paradise, chipotle chicken club and Santa Fe quesadilla. It cost $28. Does this location raise the prices? I’m completely unsatisfied.
