Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I had a fantastic experience as a local. My favorite smoothie is the mocha madness and the friendly staff always remembers to make it the way I like it because I frequently get it with a lot of a different additions. The atmosphere is always super clean and I don't have to wait long either, I 10/10 recommend this location to anyone in the area!

I love this place!! I come here at least once a week and am met with so much kindness from the staff. They keep things very clean and I never have to wait too long. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to grab a quick smoothie.

I walked in for an online order, the employee was dismissive as soon as i said it was an online order, didn’t let me finish my sentence before telling me it would be to the side, the order was behind the counter, I waited for a few minutes before she asked me for the name of the order. smoothie was alright

Not usually a smoothie guy but I was introduced to the protein peanut butter smoothie by a friend and I love it! I get it made by Pedro every time and it comes out great each time. Nice place to stop by after I get a workout in the gym right near by. The employee Pedro even remembers what i get so I don’t even have ask him! Overall a 10/10 for smoothies and customer service

Was in the mood to get some smoothie the other day and I couldn’t leave my dog in the car alone because it was too hot. When I was carrying my dog in my hand one of the managers told an employee to tell me that there were no dogs allowed. I even have paperwork to prove he’s a emotional support pet. Lost a Customer and the crazy part is that they’re located right next to a pet store. Can see why this is the lowest reviewed tropical smoothie in Nassau, will be taking my business somewhere else.

Poor lack of management and staff. Arrived upon opening store hours and no one was there. Waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive and no one did. I don’t understand how a business is ran this way. Customers were waiting outside before leaving.

Smoothie was not blended properly, had lots of pieces of ice, unblended banana, and an unneccesary amount of peanut butter that was bad enough if I could post videos on google reviews, this would not look so good for this place... will definitely not be returning, for a place with astronomically inflated prices, I expected better.

Love this place. Clean bathroom. Great food. Now serving apple coleslaw! Upbeat music, pesto chicken is my favorite. Friendly service always satisfied.
