It's a wonderful restaurant it's calm always clean a place where you can eat and reflect

This place just going downhill something I order Mediterranean veggie sandwich I can't believe my worst sandwich ever not enough veggies and brown color inside not even fresh no more I use order this on the regular after what I see I'm so done with this place. I will not order no sandwiches here again and lost me as customer I suggest getting better crew with passion and respect your brand.

I honestly just can’t believe how cheap this company has gotten with their food. And for the prices? Ten years ago this is not what this would have looked like…

As of the end of July 2024, this Panera is a hot mess. Papers all over the floor along with food scraps. The employee overseeing the Cafe tables literally wiped crumbs and papers off the tables with her hand - no napkin, no cleaning towel, swept it right onto the rug. The coffee area was out of 3 of the 4 milks and no hot water. Had to wait 10 minutes for both. The women's bathroom smelled horrible. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. These issues are becoming very common no matter which Panera I go to.

The worst Panera to go to. Food is old, stale, undercooked or the wrong order. the employees are rude af and don’t give af. Avoid this location.

I pick up my orders all time because I work in the mall. Tell me why my Mac and cheese has mold in the pasta!! That’s disgusting 🤢.

Ordered one of the most expensive items on the menu and the portions didn’t fill even half the bowl it came in. Shrinkflation

Been here ever since it opened and it's just an overall great Panera especially since you think the service would be packed at the mall but it's not. Pastries are great, sandwiches are fresh, soup is hot tons of seating and the service is good. No complaints. It gets 5 stars because it's exactly what you expect from a Panera, not because it's the greatest cuisine over ever had. Lol
