Supposed to open at 4:30 AM. It’s almost 8. Drive-thru’s blocked with an unreadable sign. I try the door — locked. Employees just stare at me like I’m crazy for getting a coffee at 8 AM. I call, and they say “we open in 10 minutes.” Seriously? If you’re gonna make up your own hours and open 3.5 hours late, at least update your damn website.
I posted the following review a month ago, to which they then took it down for being inaccurate. If you’ve been to this location you know it’s true… “ Customer service was horrendous. There were 8 people all behind the counter, and I still had to wait 5 mins before someone even acknowledged me. Then after placing a simple order of regular hot coffee I waited ANOTHER 10 MINS. Respectfully, it's not hard to pour coffee nor should it take that long, yet they expect $20/hr for subpar service. Will not be coming back” OVERALL DONT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS!!!
This Starbucks threatened to call the cops on my friend because she went to pick up a mobile order after they closed the door in her face, mobile order was still an option long before they chose to become drive thru only, I called the location for a solution. The associate kept telling us it was drive thru only and we told her that the option for mobile was still there. This location has a different issue every time. This was beyond the standard that any Starbucks should have. At this point shutter the location or train the staff effectively
Ever since they rebuild the building it’s been a sh’t-show. everytime im in there they’ve messed up an order or I’m waiting there for 30 minutes from a mobile pickup. today I walked in, it’s pretty busy. Everyone working there sees the customers but no one would acknowledge anyone. They’ll look our way here and there but god forbid they say “sorry we’ll be with you in a second”. People are waiting to order their drinks. Shouldn’t someone be at the register? Might as well make the whole building mobile & drive through if no one wants to help anyone inside. I’m well seasoned in customer service for 10+ years and never in my life would I let my staff not acknowledge customers since they’re the ones who bring in the money to keep the store open and afford the lease. one day we’re all gonna get sick of waiting an hour to get acknowledged and no one’s gonna be there and the stores gonna shut down from zero profit and 1 star reviews. I hope you all find better jobs where you don’t need to talk to anyone ever again because that seems like the best fit for you!
The worst store in existence. Instead of the owner commenting on these reviews, you should be fixing the issues. Still the same ones and I am also writing this as I sit in your drive-through with only two people in front of me for about 15 minutes. This is unacceptable. The only thing good about the staff being slow was that they were kind.Fix your problems and stop replying to comments or close the store. What a waste of peoples time and money.
Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Pulled up to the speaker and nobody spoke for 5 minutes. Then I was told they're not accepting payment on the reward app, which was the whole reason I wanted to go, for the extra stars promotion. Then they couldn't get my order right. I think they do their best but Lord. You would think when you're buying a $7 cup of coffee it'd be a little bit better of an experience..
Edit* Added a star because it seems like staff is trying, highlighting the issue with management Under the impression ownership genuinely doesn't care about the performance at this location. Very consistent complaints on wait times, and yet instead of fixing a staffing/who's staffed issue, they have seemingly done nothing. This is still easily the slowest location I've ever been to. Again this is a persistent issue and ownership seems to be choosing the "use the same copy/pasted response instead of actually fixing any issues" tactic. Management should be changed. Ordered ahead & all that.
The wait dude! Simply the wait to be acknowledged is ridiculous but aside from that place is pretty cool once you get service. Very clean and everyone seems polite, we ordered chocolate croissants, pumpkin spice (hot cause I’m not mad), and a tropical citrus which all were great
