understand being short staffed but soon as I walked in I didn’t even get a hello it was we only doing drive though and pick up orders cuz we short staffed like ok then…..kinda made me feel like I should have went somewhere else also they were out of my sándwich so I had to get a refund on the app which I don’t agree with but ok
It’s crazy I can work at Starbucks for years but this location always manages to show me they don’t know how to make drinks or when I have customers coming in from their location complaining about them lol The only good barista they have is Madison, love them
Wonderful drive thru experience. They were fast, and we got a free sandwich added to our order.
This review should have been written a lonnnnnng time ago after the first 15 times they've failed. Yesterday pushed me to the limit. I always order ahead to skip the line at the drive thru because I order on my way to work and don't have time to wait. Yesterday, I did my usual, went to pick up my order, only they randomly decided to close their lobby, so everyone had to go through the driveway. The line was super long. I had a few mins to spare, so I tried to wait, until I couldn't wait any longer. I had to leave without my drink that I already paid for or risk being late to work. This is the second time that this has happened. If they had any consideration, they would block out online orders or at least place a memo in the app that forewarns customers that it will be drive thru pick up only. This is amongst many other issues I have had with this location. I now will be going to the Eureka location, its a little out the way, but Ive never had problem there. They seem to value their customers more.
Service was slow as hell. Never had such a long wait for drinks anyplace. I ordered 2 Frappuccino and waited at least 20 minutes for them. People came in after I had ordered and got there drinks before I did. One of my drinks was given to me 10 minutes before I got my second drink. The guy who took my order was very friendly and outgoing. I believe he told another customer he was the manager on duty. I can not recall his name.
This is absolutely crazy, Saturday at 130 pm and you guys got the doors closed to the lobby, long line for the drive thru, last week the doors were closed to customers due to what was told to me that the counters were being replace, I go in there every morning and those counters don't look any different than they did before. I understand that ever place is short handed but if you can't keep your doors open then close the whole place, very frustrated customer
Always love the drinks I get from this location however the last time I was there, the cups were only half filled. Lie to me and add more ice if you're not even going to try. Giving them the benefit of the doubt since it has only happened once. The store is always busy and is well kept. Food and drinks always on point.
Just passing through the area - this Starbucks was super busy with a long line of cars for the drive-thru. We went in and placed our order. The staff was working SO hard and efficiently - they kept that car line moving quickly and attended the in-house clients pleasantly. The team seemed to be working so well together and so diligently - I was moved by how hard they are working and how intricate the orders are. Kudos to this group of barristas!
