Espresso House

Hot chocolate not hot by the time they put milk/cream in/on it. Lukewarm at best. And chocolate powder at the bottom - not mixed well. :(

The latte and croissant were very good. Latte had a perfect taste and croissant was one of the freshest I ever had. Highly recommend this place. Also a lot of seating.

Love the pink frapia. Fast service. Plenty of seating upstairs. Nice views of the water.

Tasty and huge cup of filter coffee. Great view from the second floor. A lot of people but services work very fast. A bit dirty toilet without light.

A very nice and cozy place. The coffee and cake were good. The location is great as it is just two minutes away from the national museum and the Nobel peace center. The view on the harbor is prefect.

Having tried lots of carrot cakes in my time, this one absolutely beats the others. It was extremely moist and the perfect balance of icing to sponge. Paired with a pumpkin spiced latte made it even nicer. 100/10!

Good coffee and snacks. The place was so busy that the attendants were not able to cope with orders and there were wrong and lost orders. The location is excellent, and the sitting area (upstairs) is cozy even though a bit tight

Great place to start your day. It's your typical espresso shop with a selection of coffees. I'm not sure how expensive it is for norwegian standards though. An average coffee was ~70NOK. The pastries were delicious. You can ask the staff to heat them up if you'd like it warm. The water is free (self-service). There's a second floor, but can also enjoy your coffee outside.
