Trattoria del Napoli

Popped in here for a pizza whilst we were in Bergen. The restaurant is a little off the standard tourist route, so prices are more competitive. When we walked past earlier in the day and checked the menu the restaurant was busy but when we went back 7pm on a Tuesday it was quiet. Recently opened the restaurant already has a good reputation. They got their licence 3 weeks ago as well. Generous toppings and good pizza dough. We had pepperoni and Quattro Formaggio. Good size as well. Thoroughly recommend

This restaurant is a very rare find that does pizza just like they do in Italy. The pizza dough is light, chewy and yeasty, and the ingredients are fresh. Each pizza is a balance of flavours, which reminded me so much of what I had when I was staying in Italy. What blew me away was that they used a wood fired oven, which gives the crust a nice char and smokiness that you cannot find with a conventional gas-fired oven or by using a pizza slate. This is truly a gem and I hope the owner keeps making pizzas this way.

This place is a hidden gem in Bergen that you should not miss if you're looking for an excellent pizza time! first of all, thanks to the very friendly owner that welcomed us and served us well! The prices are totally fair and quite low compared to the other pizzeria in town adding the fact that you'll be served a very generous and tasty Pizza, I took the Bismark and it was DELICIOUS and I was totally full after it. From the Garnish to the crust, everything is tasty and I would recommend it 10/10 way better pizza than most of the "Italian restaurants" I tried in Bergen.

Wow what a delightful little pizzeria. Read the reviews and decided to go here to escape the super touristy areas. We were pleasantly surprised with genuinely nice service and fantastic Napoli pizzas. It only has 5 tables so best to book ahead if you want to guarantee a table. Very busy and constant stream of takeaway as well. Highly recommend and would have returned if we were in Bergen for longer.

I was on the date with my fiance and it was perfect choice! We are pizzalovers so we had big expectations and I think that we found one of the best pizza in Bergen. Owner knows what he is doing and cares a lot about quality! Pizza is full of Italian taste, full of the best ingredients (so glad that you have buratta and mortadella), dough is baked perfect. For sure we will be back to enjoy pizza with wine again. Good lucky Adel! 🥰

Hands down the best pizza I have had in Norway. Every single order is fantastic (it has become our go-to-restaurant in bergen), and their 'classic' focaccia is incredible. The place is pretty small, but quiet and cozy. The service is good. Would recommend.

Excellent pizza! Been there twice already and loved it. Pizza dough is just perfect - it's crispy and fluffy at the same time. The service is really good - I believe it's the owner serving and making pizza. The restaurant is really nice and cosy. Definitely worth trying😍if you're in the mood for great, Neapolitan pizza that's the place for you!

Very cozy place. I am confident that here you are getting the best pizza in the Bergen. It is made in the wood oven, love the smell of the real wood on the pizza. I am definitely coming back.
