The food is good, the staff is outstandingly nice. Pretty fast serve after you order.

Feeling that they couldn't wait to get rid of us, as soon as the kitchen closed, they were clearing up our table around us. Wrong pizza given, instead of changing it they were arguing that we had not ordered some toppings pizza taken away eventually other topping put on and put back in pizza oven instead of making a new pizza ( obviously kitchen was closing) so pizza not very god as it was baked twice!

Terrible customer service. Came there for dinner as a family of 4, but were refused service. There was no 1 big table for us all, and the manager refused to join 2 smaller tables. It's not my first negative experience there. The previou one was minor, or so I thought. As a customer I didn't feel welcome there on a number of occasions. Appalling attitude from the manager. Will never go back there.

It wasn't as expensive as I had expected it to be, the food was really great. I truly do recommend getting the Spaghetti Carbonara. The only thing is that it almost seemed like the staff tried not to take our orders, they hardly even looked my table's way. There's a little tarras where you can sit, there's an actual inside and there's also a glass inside that's fairly open but not quite outside. it's in the middle of Bergen and it's a great place to go after a bit of shopping. There are several other restaurants around it and some expensive clothing stores in the area. it's an Italian restaurant with a main course mainly pastas and pizzas but also fish and meat, or if you are a soup-enjoyer there's also soup. I haven't been to the neighboring places so I can't compare them and tell you which one to go to but I can tell you that this is a safe bet. The drinks aren't too special, just normal, can't complain. you can go with any group of people, just not to get drunk. children, elderly, teens, everyone's welcome there. there's nothing to keep your kids busy though, but I'm sure that you'll be able to manage as the place isn't too crowded. I do not regret going there all things considered, pretty good!👍 I do recommend going to la Terrazza!

The place is great for enjoying the meal with your dear ones. Furthermore, the personnel acknowledged that there were food traces that did not belong to the dish I ordered, and let the cook be aware of it. Kind people, I liked going, respect.

The outer appearance of this place didn't do justice to the true Italian quality that awaits you inside. Real Italian pizza dough that's nice and thin and crunchy! Fresh ingredients, proper olives and friendly service. We were too hungry for a photo but can highly recommend the Vegetariana with Salami and the fungi with gorgonzola.

Very nice and helpful waiters as well as the owner. Great Italian touch, they also speak Italian, English and Dutch. Italian just for the environment. :) Great choice of pizzas of all kinds. The dough was a bit overbaked, but the taste was still great.
