This place was on my radar as a vegi/vegan friendly cafe but I first stumbled upon it and just had a drink, coming back the next day I had the hand of Fatima which was fantastic. It was a sunny evening and a lovely atmosphere. The cheeky birds just added to it.
We were in Bergen for a holiday and visited this cafe based on previous reviews and location. Probably the best Falafels that I have ever had ! All the dishes (Onion and Veggie soup, Ava on toast, Falafels, Chai latte and Chocolate cake ) were delicious and the service/staff were fab ! Lovely location too ! Highly recommended !
This was a great find not far from the opera house in Bergen. Small, warm little cafe. Good veggie option - the curry was delicious. Avo eggs were also good. Large portion size and mid-range prices. Recommend for lunch/dinner.
We stopped by for some diner and it was very good. I had the Orzo and it was really well cooked with lots of flavour. My girlfriend had the ‘Hand of Fatima’ which is falafel with lots of side dips and stuff 😋 we took some cheesecake to go which was one of the best I ever tasted (OREO base!).
Enjoying a bowl of warm harira soup after a trip around Nordnes. It’s a cosy and low-key place, great welcome in the door, got my order fast ☺️They have some interesting stuff to try, variety of toasts, soups, sides and snacks, vegetarian and vegan options. I also liked very much that despite it was quite full, it weren’t too loudly. Nice place to charge batteries and to visit with friends on by your own. I’ll definitely back, would like to try Hand of Fatima ☺️
One of the very few DOG FRIENDLY restaurants in Bergen!!! 😍😍😍 All pets are very welcome to also be inside. Such a friendly owner who even gave me recommendations for things to do in and around Bergen! I enjoyed a fantastic cake, Matcha Latte and Golden Milk in that pretty Café with nice music and beautiful ambience. It’s possible to relax there for a long time as even books and games are provided!
So glad we stopped here! From the Purple (Taro) Latte to the Hand of Fatima tapas meal, we loved each one of our dishes. And the staff was incredible. She even provided us with tips on where to go during our stay in Bergen. Highly recommend!
I was here with my friends while visiting the city - went for a coffee first but returned later on for food. It was absolutely amazing! The place is within 10 minutes walking from the Fish Market. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming for everyone with options to sit inside, or chill out on the square outside. Great selection of refreshing beers, wines and non alcoholic beverages - the owner is willing to help you choose. They offer a huge variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes made from top quality ingredients (both fish soup and falafel bowl we had were top-notch), handmade prepared fresh and served really fast. They also do takeaways.
