Espresso House

I ordered cold drink but I got a hot. When I noticed that and asked to make a cold drink for me, as I ordered, hot cup has been nervously thrown in a kitchen sink. It’s ok to make mistakes but I don’t wanna feel guilty about someone’s failing. Bad experience and last one here.

Very bad service. The waitress didn’t care about us at all. We were asking about the Fika Club promotion and she would not answer or explain about anything. She was grumpy and very rude to us… The cafe is nice but her attitude spoiled everything. The waiter/waitress also makes the experience…

Disgusting!! On a cold weather craving for a hot coffee, we ordered 3 coffee, one is correct but the other two they served cold and when we politely asked to make it hot, they just simply add a bunch of milk to make it worst and tasteless! And as they said “they cannot do anything about it” such a shame!!! NEVER TRY! the customer service WORST!!

Super cosy place good coffee, hot chocolate, cakes. But there are no clean tablets. Everywhere is full with empty cups and 3 girls behind the casa on their phones. Also quite rude she was talking on her phone while taking my order - no hello no smile no "here you are" and I got a paper cup when I said I'm sitting here.

I’ve been here 4 times in past 10 days and toilet was out of the paper every single time plus looking like someone dropped the bomb inside,all in all Ghetto style toilet. As well those student bartenders don't give a damn if coffee/cappuccino or whatever they are serving is all around the place or spilling out of the cup.Dirty tables that haven’t been cleaned properly for a long time.
